We’re working with an established creative and digital agency that’s looking to hire an Account Executive to join their growing client services team.
This agency partners with a wide range of brands to deliver high-impact creative, branding, digital and campaign work. They’re known for their collaborative culture, innovative thinking, and ability to produce exceptional results for their clients.
The Role
As Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in managing client relationships and ensuring the smooth delivery of creative and digital projects. Acting as a central point of contact, you’ll collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
Key responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Managing day-to-day communications and project requests
- Collaborating with creative, design and digital teams
- Supporting the planning and execution of campaigns and projects
- Monitoring timelines, budgets and deliverables
- Leading project meetings and status updates
- Providing progress reports to clients and senior stakeholders
- Supporting invoicing, purchase orders and budget tracking
What They’re Looking For:
- 2+ years’ experience in an agency or client services role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisation and project management ability
- Understanding of creative, design and digital delivery processes
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
