National Account Executive – Established Beer Brand – London - Up to £50,000 plus car allowance
My client is a leading and well known beer brand with ties across the entire country. This brand has a strong history is brand development, product development and a strong promotional strategy.
As the National Account Executive you will be directly responsible for managing Wholesale & RTM relationships across the UK - with a focus on LWC, Matthew Clark and large regional groups. This role will require you to manage relationships, source new business and grow the portfolio through negotiations and JBPs.
This is a role which requires bags of personality and brand awareness, along with a love for all things beer.

National Account Executive Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of national and regional wholesale customers at a National level whilst onboarding new RTM businesses.
- Lead and support commercial negotiations to unlock opportunities and maximise margin.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with partners to deliver joint business plans.
- Ensure brand visibility and execution excellence across wholesale networks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, demand planning and customer service teams to ensure smooth delivery and activation.
The Ideal National Account Executive candidate:
- Proven experience as a Wholesale Account Manager managing relationships with partners within the drinks industry.
- Strong knowledge of RTM & Wholesale operators.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as required.
