Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a high level of customer service in line with brand standards
• Assist clients with styling advice and product recommendations
• Support the team in achieving daily and weekly sales targets
• Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
• Maintain excellent shop floor presentation and stock organisation

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail or hospitality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for luxury fashion and styling
• Sales-driven with a proactive and positive attitude
• Eager to learn and grow within a luxury environment
