The Role

As a Graduate Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, you’ll work with healthcare professionals to share high-quality information about medicines and services that support better patient care.

You’ll manage a territory, build trusted relationships, and learn how to plan, prioritise and deliver against objectives — all with structured coaching and development.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Engaging with healthcare professionals in Primary and/or Secondary Care
• Communicating clinical and product information clearly and ethically
• Planning and managing your territory effectively
• Using insight to tailor conversations and add value
• Blending face-to-face and digital engagement
• Working to clear goals in a supportive team environment

We’re looking for graduates who are:

• Educated to degree level (ideally science based)
• Curious, driven and motivated to succeed
• Strong communicators with a people-focused mindset
• Resilient, organised and eager to learn
• Interested in healthcare, science and/or business
