Looking to break into FMCG with real commercial exposure? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced manufacturing business supporting a major UK grocery retailer. If you enjoy working with data but want to see the real commercial impact of your work, this role offers exactly that.

You’ll turn sales and market data into meaningful insight that shapes pricing, promotions, NPD and category strategy. This isn’t just reporting - you’ll be influencing decisions and helping drive growth across a key retail account.

Working closely with commercial, NPD and operational teams, you’ll gain hands-on experience across the full product lifecycle. You’ll also have exposure to retailer relationships, giving you valuable account-facing experience early in your career.

We’re open to graduates with strong analytical ability and advanced Excel skills, as well as candidates with some experience in commercial, category or insight roles. If you’re organised, curious, and confident communicating insights, you’ll thrive here.
