To support this growth, L’OBJET is seeking an E-Retail Manager to lead with account management, campaign execution, product content accuracy, performance reporting, and day-to-day coordination across partners such as Net-A-Porter, Mr Porter, Ounass, MyTheresa, Artedona, Frankbros, Matches and additional luxury marketplaces.

Role Overview

This role manages e-retail partners by leading 1) Commercial Support 2) Digital Activation 3) Performance Reporting. The ideal candidate is analytical, insight-driven, and motivated by the world of luxury digital retail.

Key Responsibilities

1)   Sell-In, Order Management & Commercial Support

  • Manage the buying cycle by sharing line sheets, pricing, MOQ details, and maintaining forecast files.
  • Collect and validate purchase orders, ensuring correct SKU selection and assortment compliance.
  • Manage internally to confirm stock availability, substitutions, and client-requested changes.
  • Track orders through to delivery in collaboration with customer service, including shipment status, delays, and backorders.
  • Ensure launch readiness ahead of go-live dates (product delivery, assets, pricing, merchandising guidelines).
  • Monitor sell-out performance, stock levels, rankings, reviews, and competitor assortments.
  • Manage planners with insights on reorders, curated assortments, and visibility or growth initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve product discoverability through search, categorization, and merchandising.

2)   Digital Content & E-Retail Activations

  • Manage the execution of digital activations across e-retail partners.
  • Ensure product content (imagery, copy, assets) meets brand and partner guidelines.
  • Manage onboarding new products, collections, and seasonal refreshes.
  • Manage updates to brand pages, enhanced content, and storytelling modules.
  • Maintain visibility of e-retail activations within the global marketing calendar and report on performance.

3)   Performance Reporting & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Track key e-retail KPIs (traffic, conversion, add-to-cart, returns, rankings).
  • Monitor pricing, stock levels, and content consistency across partners.
  • Manage preparing monthly performance summaries and internal presentations.
  • Coordinate with planning, content, marketing, and customer service teams to support launches and campaigns.

Candidate Profile

Experience & Background

  • Minimum 6-7 years of experience in account management and / or e-Retail within luxury, premium, or design-led brands.
  • Experience working with multi-brand e-commerce platforms or digital marketing.
  • Comfortable working with data and performance metrics.

Skills

  • Strong grasp of market trends and the evolving digital retail environment.
  • Meticulous and comfortable with autonomy.
  • Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Analytical mindset; proficient in Excel.
  • Negotiation Skills.
