Delegated Claims Authority Analyst

Job description

A Lloyds and London Market Insurer requires an experienced delegated claims analyst to join their delegated function.

You will be responsible for the onboarding and renewal of new TPA's and Coverholders with claims authority, work with Claims adjusters to set appropriate claims authority levels for DCA and ensure both TPA's and Coverholders meet the required performance levels.

You will also be tasked with providing DA Operational input for audits, coordinate the TPA audits and performance reviews and conduct bordereaux management and reporting to senior stakeholders.

The successful individual will have a background in all or some aspects of Delegated Claims and be keen to take ownership of the function going forward.
