Caplia is building core infrastructure for private market fundraising. We replace decks and messy data rooms with a structured, verified fundraising Passport. AI sits at the centre — scoring, screening, and decision support for founders and investors.

This is not a corporate role.

The Role

You will be our first technical operator after the founder.

You will design, build, test, automate, improve, and ship.

You will use AI tools daily.

You will think in systems, not tasks.

£40k full time London

What You’ll Do

• Build AI-powered workflows and internal tools
• Turn messy ideas into working prototypes in days
• Use modern AI coding tools to 10x output
• Improve scoring logic and automation
• Write clean code and clear logic
• Break things, fix them, ship them
• Work directly with the founder

You will own problems, not tickets.

Who You Are

• Top STEM graduate (Computer Science, Maths, Physics, Engineering or similar)
• Exceptional at structured thinking
• Strong coder (Python / JS / backend logic)
• Obsessive about speed and quality
• Naturally curious about AI systems
• Comfortable working alone
• Calm under pressure
