Engineering Stores Administrator

Liverpool

6-Month Contract

Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

Hybrid Working Available (Up to 3 Days Remote)


We are currently recruiting for an Engineering Stores Administrator to support a pharmaceutical manufacturing site in Liverpool on a 6-month contract.


This is an engineering administration role supporting a parts criticality project within the Engineering Stores function.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete spare parts criticality assessments
  • Scan and upload documentation
  • Attach assessments to material records in SAP
  • Ensure accuracy of data and documentation
  • Support completion of the Engineering Stores criticality project


Requirements:

  • Previous administration experience (engineering or manufacturing environment preferred)
  • Basic SAP knowledge
  • High attention to detail
  • Able to work independently


Hybrid working is available for up to three days per week, depending on workload.
