What are you going to do:

Role Overview

• Join our temporary pop‑up as an enthusiastic, adaptable Sales Assistant in Birmingham Bullring

• Represent two distinct brand identities across two phases

• Deliver exceptional service, drive sales, and create an engaging in‑store experience

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer‑first service

• Represent both lifestyle and sports activewear brand phases

• Offer styling advice and product recommendations

• Educate customers on product features and performance (sportswear phase)

• Support sales targets and maintain visual merchandising standards

• Assist with stock, inventory, and POS operations

• Contribute to mid‑contract store transformation and concept changeover

• Maintain store cleanliness and presentation

Required Skills & Experience

• Retail or customer service experience preferred

• Passion for fashion, sport, or active lifestyles

• Adaptable, proactive, and confident communicator

• Reliable and available 9 March–7 April

• Mandatory training on 9 March

• Flexible with working hours, including weekends
