Job description

As a Sales and Account Executive at Brand Stamp, you will play a key role in supporting the growth and success of the business by driving new business opportunities through multi-platform outreach and managing client relationships. You will be expected to work proactively within a small, dynamic and collaborative team.


Key Responsibilities


1. Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across a range of industries.
  • Develop and implement creative outreach strategies to engage potential clients and generate leads.
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospects, providing regular updates on business development activities.


2. Client Management

  • Support clients with product ideation, ensuring solutions align with their brand guidelines and objectives.
  • Prepare pricing, quotes, and product mock-ups in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to oversee production schedules.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification.


3. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Proactively present clients with new product ideas and creative merchandise concepts.
  • Maintain accurate records of client activity and any upcoming projects using our internal systems.
  • Ensure prompt responses to client inquiries, quote requests, and project updates.
  • Encourage clients to adopt innovative and creative approaches to their branded merchandise needs.


General Expectations

  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism in all client and supplier communications.
  • Have a creative understanding of branded merchandise and how it can benefit businesses across industries.
  • Demonstrate strong organisational skills, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Contribute to the collaborative and positive culture within Brand Stamp.
  • Uphold Brand Stamp’s commitment to delivering high-quality, creative merchandise solutions.


We'd Love to Hear From You If You Have

  • 1-3 years experience in a B2B sales role (not 100% necessary)
  • Strong communication skills 
  • A creative eye and interest in branding or fashion
  • Self starter attitude 
  • Proven track record working in fast moving environments
  • A proactive, “get-things-done” mindset 
  • A structured and goal-oriented work style 
  • Done anything that would make us say wow!
