Service Support Engineer
**Please note SC Clearance must be obtainable for this role **
Copello are working with a defence client who are looking for a Service Support Engineer to deliver Sales Support service to customers and end users of there products and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customer base
- Build and maintain close relationships with key customers.
- Support the survey, integration, installation and commissioning of new communications equipment within military vehicles
- Provide product demonstration and End-User training courses
- Contract execution/management
- Provide bid support to the Land Business Unit
- Maintain operational knowledge of product base
- Support other Service personnel
Qualifications and Experience
- Previous experience of working in a service support and customer facing role
- Prior military experience preferred
- Good understanding of military communications
- Knowledge of military vehicle electrical systems
- Knowledge of basic RF and data communication systems
- Understanding of Engineering Documentation
- Experience of ERP systems operation
- Competence in Microsoft Office tools
