Service Support Engineer


**Please note SC Clearance must be obtainable for this role **


Copello are working with a defence client who are looking for a Service Support Engineer to deliver Sales Support service to customers and end users of there products and systems.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customer base
  • Build and maintain close relationships with key customers.
  • Support the survey, integration, installation and commissioning of new communications equipment within military vehicles
  • Provide product demonstration and End-User training courses
  • Contract execution/management
  • Provide bid support to the Land Business Unit
  • Maintain operational knowledge of product base
  • Support other Service personnel


Qualifications and Experience

  • Previous experience of working in a service support and customer facing role
  • Prior military experience preferred
  • Good understanding of military communications
  • Knowledge of military vehicle electrical systems
  • Knowledge of basic RF and data communication systems
  • Understanding of Engineering Documentation
  • Experience of ERP systems operation
  • Competence in Microsoft Office tools
