Trainee Sales Executive - Commercial Fuel Sector – Hartlepool

£26,500–£28,000 + £6,000–£8,000 commission

Progression to Account Executive

About the Role

We’re looking for a confident, motivated individual to join our commercial fuel team as a Trainee Sales Executive. No experience is needed — if you’re great on the phone, eager to learn, and ready to build a career in sales, this role is a strong first step.

You’ll receive full training, ongoing coaching, and a clear route into an Account Executive position as your skills grow.

What You’ll Do

You’ll learn the fundamentals of sales while contributing to the team from day one. Your role will involve:

• Making outbound calls to warm and cold leads
• Handling inbound enquiries from interested customers
• Communicating confidently and clearly over the phone
• Understanding customer needs and offering suitable fuel solutions
• Updating CRM notes accurately
• Working towards achievable daily and weekly targets
