Ecommerce Trading Executive

Looking for a highly skilled Ecommerce Trading Executive to take charge of the day‑to‑day trading, optimisation, and flawless execution of their online store.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll play a pivotal role in the engine room of the ecommerce operation, owning everything from product uploads and pricing to on‑site merchandising and feature launches. You’ll keep the website trading smoothly, ensuring accuracy, optimisation, and an exceptional customer experience — every single day.

You’ll lead on

• Daily site trading, product updates, catalogue management & pricing
• Maintaining site hygiene and conducting daily audits
• Executing digital merchandising strategies to maximise visibility & conversion
• Hands‑on Shopify management, including bulk updates via Matrixify
• Supporting UX/UI improvements with our development partners
• Managing product copy, imagery workflows & SEO‑aligned content

What we’re looking for

2–4 years in ecommerce trading, digital merchandising, or ecommerce operations

Strong Shopify experience (non‑negotiable)

Advanced Excel + confident handling large datasets

Excellent organisation, accuracy & ability to juggle multiple priorities

Experience with Matrixify or similar bulk upload tools

Adobe Creative Suite / Photoshop skills

Familiarity with CRM & DAM platforms

SEO knowledge is a big plus
