We are the driving force behind our clients’ growth, turning great products into listings, distribution and sustainable sales across the UK foodservice landscape.

We work closely with national and regional wholesalers and buying groups, combining commercial expertise with insight-led strategy and hands-on activation throughout the foodservice market.


The Role:

We are looking for experienced Business Development Managers across the UK to support our growing portfolio of foodservice brands.

This is a flexible opportunity, ideal for foodservice professionals who would welcome project-based and a flexible basis to work alongside your other commitments.


The role will primarily be supporting our Sales Team to:


·       Develop new business within foodservice (Universities, Hospitals, Contract Caterers, Hotels, Travel & Leisure)

·       Work at depot level with National & Regional Wholesalers

·       Promote client brands at trade events, RaRa days and Blitz Days

·       Generate and follow up leads

·       Maintain clear reporting and updates

·       Tactical work at unit level representing the Fusion client brands within Foodservice


You would be home-based within your region, with travel as required. A full driving license and use of a car is a key requirement.



About you:

We are looking for:

✔ Strong foodservice background with a food manufacturer, wholesaler or major foodservice operator experience

✔ Confident relationship builder

✔ Self-starter who is comfortable working independently

✔ Organised and ready to drive sales for our clients at tactical and sales level in the free trade and regional accounts in addition to the wholesaler depots

✔ Comfortable presenting and influencing

✔ Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and general reporting
