Cashmirino, a luxury childrenswear brand dedicated to creating true artistry in every garment, crafted exclusively from natural fibres, is looking for a passionate and dynamic Sales Assistant to join our team at our boutique located in the prestigious Burlington Arcade, in the heart of London. Cashmirino is known for its attention to quality, craftsmanship, and timeless designs for children.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Assistant located in London. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, engaging with clients to understand their needs, driving sales, and maintaining the boutique’s visual presentation to the highest standards. Additional responsibilities include assisting with inventory management, ensuring merchandise displays align with brand standards, and fostering a welcoming shopping environment for all customers.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively build relationships with customers and team members
• Previous experience in luxury retail or sales.
• Proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver a high-quality shopping experience and meet sales targets
• Excellent organisational skills to handle inventory and maintain a tidy and efficient store environment
• Enthusiasm for luxury retail and attention to detail to represent the brand professionally
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced retail setting
• Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends
