The Role
Following our strongest year of growth in the UK market, we’re looking for a high-energy, Account Executive to join our UK team and take full ownership of the sales cycle. This is an end-to-end role: you’ll generate pipeline, run discovery calls, demo the product, close deals and hand customers over smoothly to Customer Success.
You’ll be selling to professional services firms– companies that are accustomed to AML technologies and their obligations under regulation. You’ll work with a mix of inbound demand and self generated opportunities and you’ll play an active role in delivering key targets for the business as we scale.
What you’ll do
- Run high quality discovery to understand customers needs and regulatory context
- Deliver clear, practical demos that focus on solving core challenges for our customers
- Lead commercial conversations, handle objections and close new business
- Own deals from first contact through to customer handover
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data
- Collaborate closely with marketing and customer success teams
- Share insights from the field to help improve messaging, process and strategy
- Generate and maintain pipeline coverage through a combination of inbound and outbound opportunity management
What we’re looking for
Experience & Skills
- 1-3 years in a B2B, SaaS or commercial role
- Comfortable running multiple customer conversations per day with a track record of achieving or exceeding your targets
- Organised, reliable and strong on follow through
- Confident communicator, both externally and internally, working with multiple departments to deliver great results

- High energy, engaging personality and genuine curiosity
- Hungry to learn and build a long term sales career
- Bias for action – you’d rather test and learn than over analyse
- Resilient, adaptable and not easily discouraged
