Freelance Telesales Executive (Part-Time)
Remote | Uplyft | £1,000/month + 10% commission | OTE £62k+
We’re looking for a confident, commercially minded telesales professional to help us open conversations with ecommerce brands about growth.
Uplyft is a CRO agency helping online businesses unlock more revenue from their existing traffic. We work with ambitious brands that are serious about performance — and we need someone who can get us in the room with them. This isn’t about hard selling or running full sales cycles. Your job is simple: spark interest and book meetings.
- Following up with contacts who’ve received our email outreach
- Calling decision makers at ecommerce brands
- Introducing Uplyft and our CRO offering
- Gauging interest in a conversation
- Booking meetings for our team
- Making around 30 calls per day / 150 per week
- Proven telesales or outbound calling experience
- Confident speaking with senior stakeholders
- Strong communicator with a natural, conversational style
- Comfortable with cold outreach
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Experience in B2B, services, marketing, or SaaS is a bonus
- £1,000/month basic (part-time freelance)
- 10% commission on closed deals
- Average contract value ~£50k
- OTE £62k+
