Central London | Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

Mint Dental Clinic is an established private dental practice in central London delivering multidisciplinary care with visiting specialists.

We are hiring a Dental Treatment Coordinator / Patient Advisor to convert inbound enquiries into booked consultations and high-value treatment acceptance.

• Handle inbound phone, email, and online enquiries
• Convert enquiries into booked consultations
• Proactively follow up unbooked or undecided patients
• Support acceptance of cosmetic, restorative, and implant-led treatment plans
• Coordinate patient journeys between clinicians and patients
• Track KPIs: enquiry volume, booking rate, conversion rate, DNAs

• Experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator, Patient Advisor, Treatment Planner, Admissions Manager, or similar
• Excellent phone communication and objection handling
• Confidence discussing treatment options, fees, and next steps
• Comfortable working to targets and KPIs

• Background in private dentistry, private healthcare, or aesthetics
• Experience converting high-value treatment plans
• Familiarity with dental software / CRM systems

• Not a reception only role
• Not an admin-only position

• Competitive base salary
• Uncapped commission linked to bookings and treatment conversion
