Internal Sales Executive

Job Description

• Building strong relationships with trade partners and distributors across global markets
• Managing customer orders from initial enquiry through to delivery
• Acting as a key point of contact for sales and order queries
• Supporting pipeline management, processing inbound leads and maintaining accurate forecasts
• Coordinating technical support enquiries with internal teams
• Delivering a professional, confident and engaging customer experience at every touchpoint
• Ensuring all administration and data entry is accurate and up to date

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

• Ideally 1–3 years’ experience in a sales, customer service, or administrative role
• A confident, engaging communication style
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive, “can-do” attitude!
