Site Manager – Belgravia, London

Salary: £70,000 – £80,000 | Location: Belgravia, London

Contract: 1-Year Fixed Term (strong potential to become permanent)

Join a growing London developer and main contractor delivering high-end residential refurbishments and bespoke private client projects. Take ownership of a Grade II listed refurbishment, ensuring programme delivery, quality, and H&S standards are met on this prime Central London scheme.

Your Role

▸ Manage day-to-day site operations on a Grade II listed refurbishment

▸ Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to maintain programme

▸ Monitor workmanship to ensure high-quality finishes

▸ Ensure compliance with listed building consent, drawings, specifications & building regs

▸ Maintain short-term programmes & provide progress updates

▸ Identify potential risks, variations & programme impacts early

▸ Oversee health & safety, including RAMS and inspections

▸ Liaise with architects, engineers, consultants & commercial teams

▸ Manage snagging, handover & completion documentation

Skills & Experience Required

▸ Proven Site Manager experience on high-end residential refurbishment projects in Central London

▸ Experience with listed or heritage buildings essential

▸ Knowledge of traditional construction methods & high-quality finishes

▸ Strong organisational, communication & site management skills

▸ Ability to manage multiple trades & complex site logistics

▸ Commercial awareness and experience working alongside QS teams

▸ SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid certified
