A rapidly expanding fin-tech firm specializing in agency algorithms in futures and fixed income markets. They value individuals who are detail-oriented and seek perfection in their work. They are seeking an experienced analyst to manage the on-boarding of clients and vendor partners.


The candidate will organize and manage the full end-to-end certification, implementation and testing process, including:


  • Coordinate the intake of new client, product and feature enablement requests into the formal project/task management systems
  • Conduct regular structured progress and prioritization reviews with internal stakeholders in sales, coverage, product and technology
  • The candidate will provide hands-on, technical delivery of client and vendor on-boarding and certification, including the coordination of network connectivity and inbound/outbound FIX conformance testing.
  • The candidate will plan and prepare the implementation of production network routing and FIX gateways.
  • The candidate will be responsible for the scheduling, execution and verification of the “go-live” in coordination with all technical and business stakeholders


Company Requirements:


  • Experience with FIX protocol systems.
  • Familiarity with basic network connectivity, including: TCP/IP, VPNs, LOA provisioning, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Linux, XML, bash, GNU command line utilities, SQL or similar database technologies.
  • Ability to interpret Exchange and Vendor specifications.
  • Ability to read/parse logs and process state management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills.


Suggested / Preferred Skills:


  • Knowledge of listed futures and cash treasuries markets
  • Familiarity with onboarding project management processes and systems
  • Experience with Broker, OMS/EMS, and Exchange UAT environment
  • 3-6 years experience preferred
