About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic New Patient Advisor to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the medical and sales fields, particularly suited to university graduates. No prior experience is necessary – just a willingness to learn and grow!

You’ll be the first point of contact for potential patients, making sure they feel supported and helping guide them through the initial stages of their treatment journey. This role is fast-paced and target-driven, so we’re looking for someone who is comfortable with phone calls, enjoys engaging with people, and can keep things organised.

Key Requirements:

·       Energetic and positive attitude with the ability to work in a team.

·       Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.

·       Weekend availability required (with flexible hours during week)

·       Able to work independently and manage your own call flow.

·       A quick learner who can adapt to new systems and processes.

Nice to Have:

·       Experience in customer service or a customer-facing role (but not required).

·       Any administrative or organisational experience is a bonus.
