HR Team Assistant

The role

 

You’ll be responsible for providing a confidential, efficient PA and administration service to the Heads of HR, this will also include project work as needs arise.

 

Other responsibilities will include:

 

  • Organising and maintaining the diary and making appointments, making effective use of time
  • Purchase Order/SAP/HR records management to include timesheets and holiday and absence recording
  • Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
  • Effective planning and arranging of travel and accommodation
  • Liaising with external suppliers and other internal contacts on behalf of the Heads of HR
  • Organise team meetings and events, ensuring that the Heads of are provided with all relevant information and are well-prepared as required
  • Writing and assisting in the preparation of documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
  • Provide support for ad hoc projects or pieces of work when required
  • Preparation of HR related documents including offer letters and contracts as required

  • Excellent PC & IT skills (particularly MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, email, internet)
  • Experience of working in a confidential  environment
