Account Executive – Commercial Insurance (Sales)

Are you an insurance professional with experience in Commercial Insurance?

We are currently recruiting an Account Executive on behalf of a specialist commercial insurance broker, offering a genuinely exciting and rewarding opportunity within a high-performing team.

You’ll be joining a dynamic and ambitious SME that has recently secured investment to support its continued growth. Despite this, they’ve retained a strong family feel, with a collaborative culture, regular team socials, and a real focus on making employees feel part of something as the business continues to evolve.

What you will do:

• Proactively develop your client base through networking, referrals, and lead generation
• Maintain and grow a portfolio of commercial clients, ensuring excellent service and high retention
• Collaborate with the broking team on new business and renewals, managing competitive, compliant insurance solutions
• Coordinate internally across broking, claims, and finance teams to ensure a seamless client experience
• Keep up to date with market trends, products, and insurer appetite, supporting targeted campaigns

We are looking for professionals with experience in commercial insurance (broking or underwriting) to join this team.

These positions are offering a competitive salary, uncapped commission, team-driven bonus, and benefits package. The client operates a family-friendly working policy.

The role is full-time and on-site, Monday to Friday.
