Job description

Our client is an established and growing business and is seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and enjoys being at the heart of operations.


The Role

You will play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office, working closely with the Sales and Purchasing teams to ensure efficient coordination and communication across departments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Liaising with Sales and Purchasing teams to support operational processes
  • Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Managing general administrative duties including data entry, document preparation and filing
  • Providing office support to the wider team
  • Handling incoming calls and email enquiries
  • Assisting with stock, supplier, and customer documentation
  • Supporting internal reporting and record-keeping systems


About You

  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with the ability to work across departments
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude
