What are you going to do:

Artworkwise Operations is appointing two Emerging Freelance Project Managers reporting to a Senior Project Manager (Freelance). This is not an internship but a structured Junior Freelancer model offering real operational responsibility within a revenue generating platform.

Freelancers operate with defined accountability, measurable expectations, structured reporting lines, and direct exposure to commercial execution. Earnings are commission-based from day one, with a two-tier profit sharing structure aligned to performance and long term platform growth.

Artworkwise delivers structured services to the international art and antiques sector, spanning advisory, sourcing, research, cataloguing, commercial execution, and e-commerce coordination.

Role 1 (Operations Lead) focuses on execution discipline, cross-team coordination, timelines, and service readiness.
Role 2 (Systems Lead) focuses on workflow design, reporting clarity, and operational architecture.

These are system-building roles designed for professionals seeking early responsibility, measurable impact, and performance-based progression.
