A premium fashion and accessories brand is seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager to join their stylish store that's opening soon.

This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic and commercially driven retail leader who thrives in a customer-focused environment and enjoys developing high-performing teams.

The Role:

As Assistant Manager, you will support the Store Manager in driving sales performance, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining impeccable brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Exceed store targets and consistently deliver on KPIs
• Support the tracking, monitoring, and communication of business results
• Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service
• Develop and refine personal sales techniques while coaching the team to maximise performance
• Maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines
• Ensure the sales floor is always organised, premium in presentation, and commercially focused
• Drive sales through a customer-first, consultative selling approach
• Motivate, coach, and develop the team to achieve their full potential
