Composite Laminator – F1 Projects

Are you an experienced Composite Laminator ready to contribute to cutting-edge Formula One projects?

We are working with a motorsport company seeking skilled Laminators to support performance-critical composite programmes.

The Role.

Key responsibilities include:

• Laminating complex carbon fibre components using pre-preg materials
• Working from engineering drawings, ply books, and lay-up manuals
• Vacuum bagging and preparation for cure (autoclave / oven)
• Tool preparation, mould cleaning, and component finishing
• Maintaining strict adherence to quality standards and tolerances
• Supporting rapid turnaround of performance-critical parts

Shift Patterns Available

Multiple shift patterns available, including:

• Day shift
• Late shift
• Night shift
• Weekend shifts

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience laminating carbon fibre in Formula One, high-end motorsport, aerospace, or similarly demanding composite environments
• Ability to interpret detailed technical documentation
• Experience working with autoclave processes
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Comfortable working to tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment
• Available to start as soon as possible

We are looking for individuals who can operate with minimal supervision and consistently deliver high-quality workmanship under pressure.
