You'll maintain responsibility for one or several sections of the store as instructed by your Manager, ensuring the shop floor is replenished and good housekeeping is maintained throughout all areas in the store.
Organising and arranging the stockroom, being available for cashiers and monitoring stock levels also fall into your job role. Sales assistants are actively involved in the delivery process, meaning your knowledge of stock and promotions must be continually developed throughout the store.
Maintaining effective communication with the Management Team and complying with the Company Health & Safety Policy at all times are within your responsibility, as well as communicating with customers. As a sales assistant at Zara, you will ensure customers are acknowledged and receive a quality service either face to face or over the telephone.
