Job Summary
We are currently supporting our client based in Nottingham who require a Project Administrator for the next 3 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial & Procurement Administration: Raising purchase orders, tracking invoices, and ensuring accurate receipting.
- Meeting & Workshop Management: Proactively setting up, planning, and scheduling project meetings and workshops, including managing and accurately logging all attendees.
- Project Governance: Ensuring all critical project documentation, particularly the RAID logs, are consistently up-to-date and accurate.
- Information Preparation: Preparing and collating information packs and materials required for key stakeholders and project review meetings.
Experience required:
- Strong expertise in Excel, including confidence in using pivot tables and formulas for reporting.
