Nottingham - Onsite (5 days per week)

3 Month initial contract - Immediate start

Job Summary

We are currently supporting our client based in Nottingham who require a Project Administrator for the next 3 months.


Key Responsibilities

  • Financial & Procurement Administration: Raising purchase orders, tracking invoices, and ensuring accurate receipting.
  • Meeting & Workshop Management: Proactively setting up, planning, and scheduling project meetings and workshops, including managing and accurately logging all attendees.
  • Project Governance: Ensuring all critical project documentation, particularly the RAID logs, are consistently up-to-date and accurate.
  • Information Preparation: Preparing and collating information packs and materials required for key stakeholders and project review meetings.


Experience required:

  • Strong expertise in Excel, including confidence in using pivot tables and formulas for reporting.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
