The Role

As a Mortgage Paraplanner, you will play a pivotal role within a high-performing Mortgage Services team, working directly alongside an award-winning broker on complex, high-value cases. This is an active, end-to-end case management position where you will take ownership of mortgage applications from submission through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage mortgage applications from submission through to completion alongside your dedicated broker
  • Package and submit applications, reviewing supporting documentation against lender criteria
  • Liaise confidently with clients, lenders, solicitors, underwriters and valuers
  • Proactively progress cases, resolving queries and mitigating delays
  • Maintain accurate and compliant CRM records and documentation
  • Support complex cases including bridging finance and development finance
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while working to agreed team targets and service levels

Package and Benefits

  • Salary £30,000
  • Hybrid working available after probation
  • Structured training and long-term career development opportunities
  • CeMAP training support if not already qualified
  • Extensive perks, benefits & wellbeing support
  • Pension & Life Assurance

Skills and Experience

  • Proven mortgage case handling or mortgage paraplanning experience
  • Strong knowledge of residential mortgages; exposure to specialist lending advantageous
  • Experience submitting mortgage applications and packaging cases
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Able to manage deadlines and prioritise within a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, proactive and team-oriented approach
  • CeMAP (or equivalent) desirable but not essential

Why Apply

Opportunities to work on complex, high-value mortgage cases alongside an award-winning broker do not come around often. This role offers more than stability; it offers progression, technical growth and the chance to build your reputation within a nationally recognised mortgage network.

If you want your expertise to be visible, your contribution to matter and your career to accelerate, this is the move that will set you apart.
