Graduate Opportunities in Secondary – Liverpool

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome applications from individuals who:

• Have already graduated or are in their final year of university
• Are passionate about supporting young people
• Are confident, proactive, and eager to learn
• Are considering a future PGCE, teacher‑training route, or education‑based career

What the Role Involves

Depending on your skills and interests, roles may include:

• Classroom support
• Behaviour mentoring
• Cover supervision
• SEN support
• Subject‑specific roles (e.g., English, Maths, Science, Humanities, PE)

Reference Requirements

To work with Milk Education, you must be able to provide three professional references:

• 1 Employment reference
• 1 Academic reference
• 1 Character reference

These need to be from professional or academic contacts—not friends or family.
