easyStorage is part of the 'easy family' of brands best known for easyJet. Our mission is to be the "go-to brand for storage by making it an affordable lifestyle choice for our customers." Founded in 2017 by Tim Slesinger and Nigel Dawson.

About the Role

easyStorage is expanding rapidly across the UK and into Europe, and we are seeking a junior in-house legal professional to support our property team with standardised lease and property documentation. This is a delivery-focused, process-driven role, ideal if you’ve worked in real estate law (private practice or in-house) and want:

  • predictable hours
  • ownership of your own workload with full autonamy
  • less theory, more getting things done

What you’ll be doing

  • Preparing and processing standard commercial leases, licences and variations
  • Managing lease completions end-to-end
  • Liaising with landlords, agents and external solicitors
  • Maintaining accurate legal records and trackers
  • Supporting internal teams using established templates and processes
  • Getting involved in general corporate legal work from time to time

What we’re looking for

  • 1–4 years’ experience in property / real estate legal work
  • Background as a paralegal, legal executive or junior solicitor (0–2 PQE)
  • Comfortable handling standard leases independently
  • Organised, pragmatic and detail-focused
  • Happy working in a repeatable, structured environment
  • Ambition to learn and take on wider legal issues across the company

What this role is not

  • Not a City-style role
  • No billable hours
  • No complex drafting or litigation
  • This is not a Legal Counsel role and not suited to someone looking for complex drafting or advisory work.

Why join

  • Stable, in-house role
  • Sensible working hours
  • Real exposure to commercial property decision-making
  • Based in Maidenhead with some flexibility once settled
  • Opportunity to develop wider legal knowledge
  • Part of a dynamic fast growing 'easy brand' business
  • Company pension scheme
  • Cycle to Work scheme
  • 25 days annual leave plus your birthday
  • A supportive and collaborative team culture with room for progression
  • Great benefits including share option scheme
  • onsite gym
