Business Development Internship - Qingdao, China

Join Sino Concept in Qingdao for a 6-month internship supporting the Europe market. You will work on market research, lead generation and prospect database building. Start date: July 2026. Free accommodation provided. Sino Concept is an international company specialised in traffic safety and car park products such as wheel stops, speed bumps, cable protectors and lane separators. Our products are supplied to distributors across Europe, including the UK, France, Germany and Scandinavia. The company is managed by a French entrepreneur and operates directly from China, working closely with local factories and international clients.

40 - 45 hours per week

What are you going to do:

  • We are looking for an intern to join our international sales team and support the development of our distributor network across Europe.
  • Main tasks include market research, lead generation, prospect database building, identifying key contacts, supporting prospecting campaigns, and preparing sales materials and market analysis.
  • This internship offers practical experience in international business development and European B2B markets while working directly from China.

Interns will share a fully furnished apartment with other interns located in the same residence as the office, only 2 minutes walk away.

The apartment includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a sitting room and dining area, high-speed internet, and a private garden.

We are looking for motivated and curious students with a strong interest in international business. Candidates should be comfortable working in English and have good research and analytical skills.
