Delegate Sales Executive - Central London (Office Based)

The Role & Company

You'll join a globally recognised leadership platform that connects emerging leaders with senior decision-makers from leading organisations. Operating within a mission-driven, charitable environment, the business runs a high-performing commercial sales team responsible for bringing global companies into its flagship international summit.

As a Delegate Sales Executive, you'll take ownership of the full sales cycle. Starting with new business development, you'll build your own pipeline, prospect organisations, pitch the value of participation, and secure delegate partnerships. Once onboarded, you'll grow these accounts year-on-year, renewing and expanding involvement across future events.

You'll also have the opportunity to sell exhibition space, sponsorship opportunities, and event partnerships, engaging senior stakeholders across HR, Talent, Learning & Development, Early Careers, and DEI teams.

Package

* £45,000 - £50,000 basic salary + £10k OTE uncapped

* Four-day working week (five days during peak summit build-up)
