Sage Partners is currently hiring a Management Trainee to join our growing Birmingham team. This role is designed for individuals who want to develop sales management skills, gain real business experience and progress into leadership roles.

IMPORTANT: This is not a commission-only role. You’ll receive a base salary plus performance-based incentives, alongside structured training and mentorship.

Sage Partners is a Birmingham-based sales and marketing company located at the Mailbox, minutes from New Street Station. We specialise in face-to-face customer acquisition campaigns for established UK brands across the energy and telecommunications sectors.

As our client portfolio grows, we are developing the next generation of sales managers and business leaders within our organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Management Trainee, you’ll gain hands-on experience in both sales and leadership, including:

• Supporting sales and marketing campaigns for client brands
• Engaging with customers and representing brands professionally
• Learning how to track sales targets and campaign performance
• Assisting managers with team coordination and daily operations
• Developing leadership and communication skills through coaching and mentorship
