£37.5k base + uncapped commission

About the Role

We’re partnering with a leading provider of business travel solutions to hire a dynamic Sales Executive who thrives in a fast‑moving, commercially driven environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships from the ground up, managing their own pipeline, and ultimately closing deals that make a real impact on the business.


You’ll take full responsibility for generating and converting new opportunities, engaging prospects through consultative conversations, and guiding them through a seamless decision‑making journey. You’ll be joining a company known for its collaborative culture, energetic team environment, and strong commitment to employee growth.


What You’ll Do

  • Drive new business by sourcing, engaging, and converting prospects into long‑term customers.
  • Lead meaningful sales conversations that uncover travel requirements and position tailored solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle independently while staying closely connected with a supportive, high‑performing team.
  • Apply curiosity, commercial thinking, and confidence to identify opportunities and win them.


What You’ll Receive

Who You Are

  • You bring 2-3+ years of B2B sales experience, including proven success in closing roles
  • Tenacious, self‑driven, and motivated by achieving and surpassing targets
  • Naturally inquisitive and skilled at uncovering client needs
  • Confident communicator with a talent for building strong relationships
  • Entrepreneurial in mindset, comfortable working in a fast‑paced, ambitious environment
