Role Description

This is a full-time, commission-based, remote role for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, creating customized marketing solutions, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, negotiating contracts, collaborating with internal teams, and staying updated on industry trends.


Qualifications

  • Proven sales skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and account management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking abilities with a demonstrated talent for business development
  • Experience with market analysis and an understanding of marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a remote setting
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools is a plus
