Assistant Store Manager – Womenswear retailer

Kingston | £32,000 + Monthly Bonus | 37.5 Hours

A growing womenswear brand with strong year-on-year sales is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support the running of its busy Kingston concession.

This role is ideal for an experienced retail supervisor, assistant manager, or deputy manager who enjoys leading teams, driving sales, and delivering an excellent customer experience within a fast-paced department store environment.

The Role

• Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store
• Lead, motivate and develop a team of 13 staff
• Drive sales performance and deliver monthly targets
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store presentation
• Support stock management, visual merchandising, and store operations

• Retail management or supervisory experience
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Commercial awareness and a passion for driving sales
• A positive, hands-on approach in a busy retail environment
