Role Overview
We are seeking an Account Executive to drive strategic sales growth across ServiceNow-led transformation and consulting engagements.
This role focuses on developing new client relationships, expanding existing accounts, and leading the full sales lifecycle from opportunity identification through to deal closure. The successful candidate will work closely with consulting and delivery leadership to shape complex transformation opportunities and position high-value consulting engagements with enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new enterprise client opportunities aligned with ServiceNow and transformation consulting services
- Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships within client organisations
- Lead the full sales lifecycle from opportunity qualification through to deal closure
- Collaborate with consulting and architecture teams to shape compelling solution proposals
- Drive pipeline development and maintain consistent sales forecasting
- Support strategic account growth and expansion within existing clients
- Engage with ecosystem partners including ServiceNow and strategic technology vendors
- Represent the organisation in client meetings, workshops, and industry engagements
Required Experience
- Proven track record in enterprise technology consulting sales
- Experience selling ServiceNow or enterprise platform-led transformation services
- Strong ability to engage senior business and technology stakeholders
- Demonstrated success managing complex sales cycles and large consulting deals
- Experience developing new client relationships and expanding existing accounts
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation capability
