SUIT SPECIALIST – MENSWEAR

Salary up to £28,000 + Bonus

Full-Time, 40 Hours – Permanent

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Suit Specialist to deliver an exceptional, consultative shopping experience focused on suiting and formalwear. This is a client-facing role suited to someone with strong tailoring knowledge, a passion for menswear, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver precise fittings and guide customers on alterations, fabrics, cuts, and finishes
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, encouraging repeat visits and long-term loyalty
• Drive individual sales performance through exceptional service and product knowledge
• Support made-to-measure or bespoke services where applicable
• Maintain immaculate presentation standards on the shop floor
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve store sales targets
• Ensure stock is well-presented and assist with replenishment and deliveries
• Handle customer queries and aftercare with professionalism and attention to detail

Profile & Experience:

• Experience as a Suit Specialist, or similar role within premium menswear
• Strong knowledge of tailoring, fabrics, fits, and formalwear styling
• Confident delivering fittings and advising on alterations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Genuine passion for tailoring and menswear craftsmanship
