The Beauty Packaging Assistant Role

• New packaging development — sourcing components, supporting innovation projects, and managing colour standards & print proofs
• Artwork checking & approvals — ensuring accuracy against cutter guides, specs and sustainability requirements
• Sustainability initiatives — contributing to material reduction, recyclability improvements and PCR usage
• Trend research — exploring new materials, print finishes and construction techniques
• Technical briefing & documentation — preparing detailed specs, testing requirements and compliance documentation
• Data management — maintaining packaging specs, drawings, artwork approvals and waste records

What We’re Looking For;

• Experience in packaging or product development. Ideally 3-5 years-experience.
• Passionate about beauty, packaging, sustainability and trends
• Detail‑driven and able to quickly grasp technical information
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and managing spec data
