Weekend Customer Service Champion needed for one of London's hottest Startups!

We are searching for a customer-service expert who will be on the front-line of our business, resolving customer problems and being the weekend face of our brand.

What we ask:

  • Ideally an undergraduate
  • Customer Service Experience
  • We would like you to have the following skills and experience:

  • - Experience within a customer facing environment
  • - Great communication skills - you're going to have to enjoy speaking to people!
  • - Fluent in English

It's a bonus if you have:

  • - Experience within a startup environment
  • - Fluency in an additional European language
  • - Experience with Zendesk
  • - An interest in social media and tech
  • You must be available Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays for this role.
