Our Well-Being Centre is recruiting a full time friendly and professional receptionist with a can-do attitude to help run our clinic. Role consists of taking care of clients & therapists to ensure appointments are scheduled, payments collected, supplies managed & everyday tasks are carried through efficiently. Candidate must have 1 year of reception experience and experience in Mind Body Online.
To process all client appointments/cancellations in an accurate and timely manner, supporting the business policies at all time.
To deal with all face to face, telephone and email enquiries regarding our practitioners, treatments/therapies and appointments in an informed, discreet and professional manner.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Liaise with the practitioners on a daily basis, fulfilling their requirements in regard to the handling of their clients, providing them with any relevant and necessary information about their appointments.
Deal with any customer complaints, handing over those that you cannot resolve to the Practice Manager and reporting all complaints to the Management.
Making sure the centre and therapy rooms are presentable at all time and restocking supplies when necessary.

Our Wellbeing Centre is based in the heart of Mayfair. The centre has a warm, friendly environment and we are looking for an additional receptionist to help us cover 2 to 3 shifts per week during training with a view of increasing these to a full-time job.
We are looking for a welcoming, professional, hardworking, friendly and extremely efficient new team member. The candidate needs to be flexibl with their hours and willing to work weekdays and weekends.
Whilst providing an excellent customer service, the job entails welcoming clients, handling payments, answering telephone calls, writing emails, tidying
therapy rooms, dealing with therapist's requests, setting up new therapists to the clinic, and ensuring that communication is consistently upheld.
We request that the candidate has gained one year or more of reception experience, preferably clinic experience and has previously worked with Mind Body Online.
Our practice is open between these hours: 8:00 and 22:00 weekdays, and 9:00 - 17:00 weekends. Please only apply if you are flexible to carry a full-time job (45 hour including day shifts, evening shifts and weekends)
The successful applicant should be presentable, polite and approachable with an excellent (customer services) telephone manner. English as first language is preferable but not essential, although excellent and fluent English communication is vital (both verbal & written). Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is necessary and experience of using a booking system software such as Mind Body Online. Time management, flexibility and ability to work in a team are all essential requirements.
