About The Role
We’ve got a great job for a People Manager to join our Greenside Manufacturing site. Reporting to the Head of People for Manufacturing, your role will be to drive and deliver effective support to on-site operations to ensure delivery of first class and compliant HR practices which will reinforce the Morrisons vision and ways of working.
 
Requirements of the Job
 
As a People Manager, you will have experience within a fast paced environment and have a wealth of knowledge and experience in implementing a great People Strategy and dealing with Employee Relations related issues. Additionally, you'll have exposure to Industrial Relations and working in unionised environments. You will be a self-starter, be innovative and creative in your ideas and how you present them within the People team, and hold a desire to step up in your career alongside the development of our current People team.

About You
You will have worked as a People Manager, HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner within a large scale production operation, ideally across Food Manufacturing. You will have the ability to build credibility through good technical skills and be competent in all areas of people management, exercising strong judgement, forward thinking and influence. 
 
Ideally you will be CIPD qualified and have experience of full site responsibility. You will need extensive change management experience, coupled with talent and succession planning skills.
