Cold Caller — Recurring Commission | £8k–£15k+/Month Potential (Remote, Commission-Only)

Empires Media is a performance-driven marketing agency that helps US companies generate high-intent leads.

We’re expanding our UK cold-calling team and are looking for disciplined, hungry appointment setters who want to be paid purely on performance, with uncapped upside and recurring income.

This role is 100% commission-based.

Why This Role Pays Big

50% of the first-month retainer

Example: Book a meeting with a £3,000/month client → You earn £1,500 upfront.

£23 per booked discovery call

Get paid simply for setting qualified meetings.

5% recurring commission on all agency commissions

We earn £200 per qualified lead → You earn £10 per lead.

200 leads per month = £2,000 passive recurring income from just one client.

10% recurring commission if you both find and close the client

200 leads per month = £4,000 passive recurring income from just one client.

Uncapped earning potential – high performers realistically earn £8,000–£16,000+ per month.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Cold calling US companies (training & scripts provided)
• Booking qualified discovery calls
• Confirming interest and eligibility
• Logging calls and outcomes in CRM
