Seeking an experienced Commercial Account Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated insurance professional who enjoys a sales-driven environment with superior earning incentives, and genuine flexible working.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of commercial and technology clients.

This role is client facing combining technical expertise, client relationship management, some business development along with engaging and negotiating with insurers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert insurance advice and tailored solutions to clients.
  • Negotiate, place business and manage relationships with a wide range of insurers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the overall growth strategy.
  • Build and maintain long-term client and insurer relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal processes.
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations, renewal reports, and market analysis.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as a Account Executive
  • Qualified APA, CIP, MDI, or ACII (or working towards completion).
  • Proven track record of portfolio management, retention, and growth.
  • Strong technical knowledge of commercial insurance products.
  • Experience of Applied Relay system advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Highly self-motivated with strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
