Graduate Recruitment Consultant – London

The Role:

• Start in a 180 recruitment role, sourcing and engaging top-tier fintech talent
• Learn the foundations: market knowledge, candidate management & commercial communication
• Fast-track into a 360 role within 3–4 months (or sooner if you crush it)
• Build your own desk, win new business, manage clients, and directly drive revenue
• Full training provided — no prior recruitment or fintech experience required
