Facilities & Workplace Support (Portering)

Are you proactive, hands-on, and take pride in keeping workplaces running smoothly? We’re looking for a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team and support the delivery of high-quality workplace services.

About the Role

This is a varied, fast-paced role where you’ll provide essential portering and facilities support across the office. You’ll help ensure the workplace remains safe, organised, and well-maintained, while also supporting reception and assisting with light maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient portering and general facilities support
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment
• Provide reception/front-of-house support when required
• Assist with low-level Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
• Log tasks and report issues using CAFM systems
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, contractors, and stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in facilities, portering, or workplace services (desirable)
• Confident using IT systems (tablets, mobile devices, CAFM)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
• Proactive, flexible, and a strong team player
• Good awareness of health & safety practices
• Ability to carry out manual handling safely
